The basics of the original pet policy were maintained when a new Rules document was signed by the Board of Governors on October 28, 2019. The Rules were distributed to all owners. Find a copy here.
A unit owner may keep two pets such as two dogs or two cats – or a cat and a dog. Specific breeds are not permitted. And strict rules are in force relative to dog behavior. Pets must be leashed when outside the unit on common property.
