Condominium living can be wonderful. Many of the headaches of standard home ownership are gone. We don’t need to worry about mowing the lawn or shoveling the driveway. When the roof needs fixing or replacing, the Association handles it. When the sidewalk or front steps need work, it’s fixed for us.
But some new condo owners feel as if they are about to live as apartment renters. This is not the case. There are still many owner responsibilities to be concerned with. Please consult the menu to research your questions.
